OUR STORY
A Higher
Standard
of Support.
Findlay Construction Solutions was founded in 2023 with a clear purpose — to bring value, organization, and accountability to the infrastructure industry.
We saw a need for a reliable partner who could coordinate the critical moving parts behind heavy civil projects — from material sourcing and delivery scheduling to transportation activity and documentation — so our clients can stay focused on building. Findlay provides coordination and administrative support; we do not own trucks, quarries, or material plants.
Today, we continue to grow through strong relationships, preparation, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Our goal is simple: to support the people and projects that move Florida forward.
LEADERSHIP
Leading With
Purpose.
A MESSAGE FROM OUR PRESIDENT
At Findlay Construction Solutions, we understand that infrastructure work depends on more than what happens in the field. Behind every project are schedules, quantities, material requirements, transportation needs, documentation, communication, and people who depend on accurate information.
Our role is to understand those moving parts, stay organized, communicate clearly, and follow through on the commitments we make.
I believe the best working relationships are straightforward. Know the project. Understand what is expected. Address issues early. Keep people informed. And do what you say you are going to do.
That is the standard I expect from Findlay and the way we approach the work entrusted to our company.
